1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 66zx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 66zx online casino, sportsbook, and all associated services available at https://66zx.io (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 66zx Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. 66zx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 66zx Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 66zx operates a strict 21+ policy and will require identity verification documents to confirm your date of birth before processing any withdrawal or activating bonus eligibility.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under a legal disability are not permitted to register.
• Single account: You may hold only one account on the 66zx Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal use only: Accounts must be registered and used exclusively for personal recreational purposes. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow any third party to access or operate your account.

66zx reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Accounts that do not satisfy the eligibility criteria listed above may be closed at any time, including after registration has been completed.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security and activity of your 66zx account. This responsibility includes but is not limited to safeguarding your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.

• Credentials: Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 66zx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 66zx immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. 66zx will not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 66zx reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice.
• Account verification: 66zx may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account closure: You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 66zx support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course provided all verification requirements have been met.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66zx Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 66zx reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 66zx account balance within two minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. You must have completed KYC verification and the payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• Withdrawal processing times: 66zx aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required. 66zx is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider after a withdrawal has been approved.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited into your 66zx account must originate from a payment source legally owned by you. 66zx strictly prohibits the use of funds derived from illegal activities. 66zx reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of any funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Fees: 66zx does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of 66zx. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

66zx offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may have reduced contribution rates. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses must be used within the time limit stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated or transferred.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a second bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: 66zx employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine play, or exploiting errors in promotional configurations. Bonus abuse is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions: Promotional offers aligned with Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and T20 World Cup are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 66zx sportsbook and all wagers made on 66zx casino games are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or market, as well as the general rules stated in this section.

• Bet acceptance: 66zx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that are subject to suspicious activity, technical error, or where the odds were published incorrectly due to a system fault.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Limits are displayed at the point of wagering. 66zx reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or markets without prior notice.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned without a conclusive result being reached. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted during active sporting events. 66zx does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets already accepted and confirmed will not be voided due to market suspension unless the underlying event is cancelled.
• Game integrity: All 66zx casino games use certified random number generation technology. Live casino games are streamed from independently audited studios. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software tools, bots, or collaborative play with dealers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Payout of winnings: Winnings are credited to your 66zx account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or sporting event. Settlement times vary by game type and sporting event. 66zx is not responsible for delays in official result confirmation by governing sports bodies.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 66zx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 66zx Platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your account to any third party.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting known game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 66zx Platform, its games, or its content.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where you have not disclosed this restriction to 66zx.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 66zx support staff or other players in any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 66zx Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of 66zx or its third-party licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 66zx intellectual property or that of its licensors constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66zx shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service outages, connectivity issues, or platform downtime beyond 66zx's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information arising from data feed errors from third-party providers, where such errors are identified and corrected in a timely manner.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 66zx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other circumstances, 66zx's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 66zx account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy and Data

66zx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 66zx and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the 66zx Privacy Policy.

In summary, 66zx collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment providers, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law. 11 Responsible Gaming

66zx is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides all players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

12 Amendments and Termination

66zx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 66zx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

66zx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) the account is found to be ineligible under Section 2; (c) regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it; or (d) 66zx determines in its sole discretion that continued access to the Platform by the player is not in the best interests of the Platform or its player community.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of identity verification. Balances derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 66zx Platform shall be resolved through the 66zx customer support process in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
